My professional foundation spans over two decades in the insurance sector, where I have worn multiple hats - from a customer service representative to account management. Later, I transitioned into the world of I.T. as a product designer. There, I was entrusted with the intricate task of creating and managing system-generated forms for all 50 states, a testament to my meticulous attention to detail and profound understanding of user interfaces.
